About Patrice
Patrice Radden has lived in Manhattan Beach since 2006 and has more than 20 years of real estate experience; having bought and sold multiple homes and investment properties throughout Northern and Southern California. By being part of the Jen Caskey Group, Patrice’s clients gain competitive advantages from deep market and inventory knowledge, strict adherence to contract policy and attention to detail, expert negotiation and access to innovative in-house marketing resources.
Prior to diving full time into real estate, Patrice spent more than 25 years leading the development and implementation of highly successful sales, marketing and public relations strategies for a number of leading global consumer lifestyle brands including Red Bull Energy Drink. Since moving to the South Bay from Venice, California with her husband to start and raise their family, Patrice has been an active participant in the local community. She has held several chair positions for Sandpipers, a philanthropic organization dedicated to serving the needs of the South Bay, and is a PTA board member at Manhattan Beach Middle School where her two sons attend school.
