Paras Karki

Paras is a proud resident of the D.C. Metro area. Over the past two decades, he has lived in a number of neighborhoods across the District and Virginia, making him one of a handful of real estate agents who know the area well enough to offer in-depth knowledge of the DMV’s cities, counties, and neighborhoods.

Paras is also a licensed contractor in DC with an experienced construction and design team and helps his clients with their design and renovation needs. Paras has dual degrees in Electrical Engineering and International Relations from Virginia Tech. He has had prolific careers in the private sector ranging from a project engineer to leading operations, quality, and management at an aerospace component manufacturing company and Amazon. Most recently he worked at the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a Patent Examiner in touch screen, augmented reality, input devices, display drivers, and gesture technologies.
