About Par
My family moved to Silicon Valley when the region was known more for its great schools, mild weather and beautiful fruit orchards than for today’s innovation and hot tech Unicorn startups. Early in my professional life, I worked in sales and marketing for several (admittedly amazing) Fortune 500 companies. I realized that I might better thrive doing work that allows for more customer service and collaboration—a hunch that has proven so true.
In fact, given sixteen years of living in SF, I have my routine: yoga class at Grace Cathedral on Nob Hill, grabbing a salad at Blue Barn or having a glass of vino at Robber Baron with friends on Russian Hill. There’s also my visits to the de Young museum whenever there’s a new exhibit—one of my favorites was the Annie Leibovitz exhibit. One day, I dream of buying an old-fashioned camera so I can take up photography once and for all.
Taking classes at Stanford helped me learn the best practices for communication and negotiation; I tailor a “just right” approach for each client that I work for. Advocating for my clients is what I do best, and the financials are of course profoundly significant. I negotiate to get you the best deal just as I would for my own family. My sales process is fully transparent so that you understand each step—which my clients say greatly reduces stress.
As your realtor®, my approach is technology- and analytics-driven; I pair my extensive market knowledge with software that allows me to share real-time data with you and help you make informed decisions. My sales and communications background augments my inherent inclination towards aggressive negotiation--I’ll always be your loyal advocate. If you’re selling, I have a personal marketing team who custom builds strategic media plans so that our approach is suited perfectly to your specific property and audience; Compass also offers unparalleled access to marketing materials, a site that sees 2 million visitors a month, and syndication around the world. Lastly, I’m 100% focused on the San Francisco market, so rest assured I know rhythms of this city like the back of my hand.
Testimonials
“Par got us our space under severe time constraints and worked tirelessly on the due diligence of the sale. She answered every single question we threw at her, even over email at 11 p.m. on a Sunday night. Par impressed us with her tenacity and professionalism.”
- Tim and Patty G.
“My recent purchase with Par will be my 7th real estate transaction. She exceeds every real estate professional I have ever dealt with. Without question when and if I buy/sell again (which seems inevitable), I will choose Par. She makes things happen!”
