She is so professional and was always on top of our process. One would think that we were her only priority, I know she has other clients/listings, but we always felt like we were her priority. Paola had amazing response time whenever we had a question or concern, if we texted or called she responded back to us within minutes, and always picked up her phone when we called. She has a wide network of contractors that helped us schedule repairs for issues that we needed to take care of due to some inspection issues.
