Through the influence of her father who is a home builder and nurse practitioner/artist mother, Paniz learned the possibilities of home renovation, empathetic communication, and to never underestimate the beauty of incredible design - all passions and skills she utilizes today with her real estate clients. Paniz is originally from Tehran, Iran, raised in Northern Virginia, and now calls Washington, D.C. her home. Paniz enjoys creating memorable experiences with friends and family, hosting supper clubs, learning new skills, honing her golf game, and on rare occasions, beating her grandfather in backgammon.
