Pamela has achieved record sale prices throughout Manhattan, and she has wide knowledge and great success working with co-ops, condos and townhouses. In addition to her robust resale business, Pamela is currently the Sales Director at 250 West 96th Street, a new luxury condominium and has had great success as the Director of Sales for the SOM-designed 252 East 57th Street (Billionaires Row). Pamela's sales and marketing acumen along with her strong leadership skills have resulted in 252 being regarded as a highly successful condominium sell-out. Previously in new development, she handled sales at The New Yorker Condominium, making her well-versed in the subtleties of purchasing in a new development. Her insight, tenacity and shrewd negotiating skills ensure both buyers and sellers receive the highest quality service from a true professional. 

With over 28 years of experience in real estate, Pamela is well connected and respected in the industry; brokers often call her before they list a property, knowing she has qualified clients. Her interest in architecture and design has been invaluable in helping clients reconfigure layouts to best suit their needs. Pamela's background in film production led to her other area of expertise: housing members of the film industry in furnished apartments, while on location. 

Pamela grew up on Central Park West and has lived in Paris and Rome. She attended the Spence School and graduated from the Choate School and Sarah Lawrence College where she honed her interests in Psychology, Theatre and Writing. Pamela has lived in Tribeca, the Upper East Side and currently lives on the Upper West Side and serves on her co-op board.
