In her successful real estate career, Paddington Matz became named the 1st year "Rookie of the Year", then TriBeCa "Broker of the Year" and "Top Listing Broker of the Year," a rare accomplishment. Residing in TriBeCa since 1988, she is especially excited when it comes to serving clients in her favorite "hood"; yet she is equally adept at working in any neighborhood in Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx. From lofts to townhouses, and from studios to commercial buildings, Paddington knows and loves doing it all.
Besides the vast resources at her disposal at Compass, Paddington offers her clientele a deep understanding of their needs. She is empathetic towards first time buyers. Having personally bought and sold many of her own properties, Paddington has completed numerous design build projects with her architect partner. Originally a New Englander, Paddington is the mother of three bright, vivacious daughters, 2 in graduate school, here and abroad, her youngest finishing up at Cornell , all 3 started at TriBeCa's PS234, then Lemann Prep, Laguardia and Manlius-Pebble Hill . Paddington grew up in the Boston area to academic parents, so finding a school that is the right fit means alot to her and she can be a resource for this as well.
