"My wife met Ozzy a year ago to become more informed about the real estate market and purchase process. At the time, we weren't ready to start a house search, but Ozzy nonetheless helped guide my wife through the process and continued to stay in touch with her. My wife is an international and isn't familiar with the real estate process in the United States.
This year, when we were finally ready to start looking in the beginning of fall, we checked out some open houses but didn't have an agent. When deciding, my wife suggested that I meet Ozzy because she felt comfortable with her abilities and commitment to her clients. Ozzy came over to the North Shore to meet us in our home. Two hours later, we've found our agent! At the time we were only focusing our search in the North Shore and despite her office not being close by, Ozzy was always punctual to each appointment and spent as much time as we needed combing through each home. Looking out for our needs, she suggested we open up to areas around Dedham, given that she has a pulse to the community. We said ok. The next thing we know, she found a house in Westwood that met all our needs. During that time we were out of town but Ozzy went to the open house and provided us a video walk through. She urged us to see it last minute before the window closed to submit offers. We are happy we did because we now own that home.
It was a frenetic process but Ozzy was fantastic. She was always responsive and kept us on target in regard to deadlines. She helped obtain contacts for us to get quotes for home improvement projects and even represented us during contractor appointments when we couldn't be there. She even helped us find tenants for our old home! We had to get a lease signed in order to meet financing requirements.
I highly recommend her. She really exceeded my expectations. I've had three real estate agents so far, and she is by far the best. Should I search for another home again, I know who to look for."
