Working with New York-based Sorgente Group of America, owners of the landmark Flatiron Building, would eventually lead Olivia away from New York and back to California. As its Acquisitions & Development Director, Olivia’s own ambitions matched Sorgente’s goals toward sustainable preservation and redevelopment. Among other projects in New York and California, Olivia managed the disposition of the landmark Fine Arts Building in Downtown Los Angeles. It was while commuting from Manhattan for this assignment when Olivia took a fresh look at California, relocating soon thereafter to Venice Beach, and ultimately, Los Feliz.
With experience on the residential side along with mixed-use asset management and disposition, Olivia then sought to hang her hat with Compass Commercial in Los Angeles where she now focuses on industrial and retail leasing, and investment sales.
As a kid in San Francisco, growing up in a real estate family, Olivia is enthusiastic and motivated about the industry just as she prides herself on her many interests including a fortunate lucky streak of consistently connecting with dynamic people. Once a college athlete, Olivia continues to play competitive soccer, owns a San Francisco art gallery, and enjoys dancing in her free time.
