Hello! My name is Olivia, and  I’m passionate about real estate. I’ve dedicated myself to helping people navigate the buying and selling process with convenience. From residential homes to plots of land, I’ve successfully represented many sellers and assisted numerous buyers in finding their perfect property.

My real estate journey began at 17, amidst my high school years. While taking a pre-license course, I juggled my studies, worked as an assistant for a successful REALTOR®, and held another part-time position—all while being determined to make my mark in the industry.

After completing my pre-licensing education, I joined The Joe Carbone Team at Compass, starting as an Inside Sales Service Associate and Marketing Manager. Through hard work and dedication, I’ve earned my position as a full-time REALTOR®.

Currently, I specialize in the Metro Atlanta area, bringing my expertise to the vibrant heart of Georgia. Though I’m focused mostly on Metro Atlanta, I’m always ready to extend my services throughout the state!

On a personal note, my husband has been a source of inspiration with his service in the U.S. Army. He has been serving since he was 17, also beginning his career at an early age and navigating his solo move from his home state of Nevada. His journey has led him to pursue a career as a welder and drill sergeant, paralleling my own path of growth and success. We’re excited to see what the future holds for us.
