Brett joined the company as Operations Director seven years ago and brought an enormous amount of corporate operational expertise to the group.
They are expert communicators and able to deal with complicated transaction structures and new development project sales and marketing. They provide their clients with accesses to Austin’s foremost experts in building, law, design, and architecture.
The Oldham Group is focused on selling quality properties in Austin and the surrounding areas. Their client base is diverse ranging from east Austin condo development teams and central Austin homeowners to Hill Country ranch buyers and everyone in between. The wide depth and breadth of their real estate experience and knowledge is why they are so often referred by their existing clients.
They are members of the Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, Platinum Top 50, and recently ranked #15 for production according to the Austin Business Journal. Courtney was one of the first agents to join COMPASS Real Estate in Austin.
Courtney grew up in Southern California. Her entrepreneurial tendencies started in High School where she started her first company selling Begonia plants to a local nursey. She played soccer and softball and was on several State and National Champion marketing teams and later attended Colorado State University on scholarship. It was there that she met Brett while working at a restaurant. Brett was from San Antonio so after graduation they moved back to Texas as fast as possible. Courtney had the distinct privilege of working with Will Pape to help create AgInfoLink, a start-up technology company in the food tracking and traceability industry. Brett’s professional experience was in restaurant operations. He was an integral part of Carino’s Italian during their accelerated growth cycle helping the concept mature from three restaurants to 143 units. He left the company as the Vice President of Operations to join the Oldham Group.
Courtney and Brett actively give back to the community. They support Rodeo Austin, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Central Texas, the Flatwater Foundation, the Travis County Youth Show and many others. The Oldham Group has a “Closings that Care” program where they make a donation to their client’s charity of choice. In 2019, Courtney founded the Austin Syndicate, a non-profit group of real estate professionals who support the youth of Texas.
They have two amazing children, Cade (19) and Rylee (17).
