About Tim
When I embarked on my journey in the real estate industry back in 2003, working alongside two prominent agents on the Upper West Side, little did I anticipate the evolution of my career. When someone asks me about my profession, and I respond that I'm involved in real estate, it encompasses much more than mere transactions of buying and selling homes; it has become a way of life for me.

During my nearly 11-year tenure at my previous firm, I was fortunate to begin my career under the mentorship of two esteemed agents. Subsequently, I ventured out on my own, equipped with the invaluable time management skills I acquired during my high school years at Trinity Pawling School. I dedicated myself tirelessly to serving my clients, navigating a diverse array of deals, ranging from monthly rentals at $2,000 to multimillion-dollar condo sales exceeding $25 million. My journey also included the sale of townhomes in prestigious neighborhoods such as the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, and Brooklyn.

In 2014, a compelling opportunity presented itself when I joined a little known startup named "Urban Compass". Despite my previous manager's warning that "the grass is not always greener on the other side," I found that it was, indeed, greener.

At Compass, I was entrusted with the tools to assemble an exceptional team and played a pivotal role in the company's expansion from a modest 75 agents to a formidable force of over 35,000 agents. Along this transformative journey, I not only expanded my business but also forged meaningful partnerships with agents across the nation, reaffirming my belief that real estate is not just a profession but a way of life.

Throughout my two decades in real estate, I have facilitated numerous transactions for clients, aiding them in the purchase and sale of their homes. On a personal note, I've bought and sold seven of my own homes and investment properties. I've been involved in the construction of homes from inception to completion, raised capital for new development projects, and successfully launched multiple new condo developments. Continually seeking fresh opportunities within the realm of real estate, I have cultivated a wealth of experiences.

One aspect that truly fuels my enthusiasm is the prospect of sharing these experiences with others. I have always been a giver, readily offering insights and assistance based on my own experiences, whether they were fruitful or challenging.

So, regardless of your real estate aspirations, if you require guidance in all aspects of real estate matters spanning coast to coast, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I am eager and committed to offering my assistance, and I hope to be of service to you.
