About Ronnie
Ronnie's Legal Background: Ronnie received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and graduated from Brooklyn Law School. Ronnie has been a longtime resident of Manhattan, spending most of her legal career in the litigation management group at American International Group (AIG), acting as the liaison between the outside law firms ( clients) and in house lawyers. Her experiences in legal transactions and negotiations allowed for a natural and successful transition to Real Estate which has always been a passion of hers. Thus, after a long career in the legal field, Ronnie decided to pursue real estate full time. Even before Ronnie decided to transition to Real Estate as a full profession, she was very active in the real estate market herself having bought, sold, rented and renovated several homes in Tribeca and the Financial District. Her transition to real estate full time is a testament to how focused and passionate she is about the New York City real estate market. Ronnie has bought and sold homes in Chelsea and Tribeca as well as on the Upper East Side and in the last few years, her business has taken her to many parts of Brooklyn where she has helped her clients find their perfect home and sell their amazing properties in Brooklyn Heights, Downtown Brooklyn, Carroll Gardens, Park Slope and even Red Hook!
Global Clientele: Ronnie loves to travel internationally. In the past five years ( with the exception of 2020) Ronnie was fortunate enough to be able to travel to France a couple of times a year to visit friends there and live not as a tourist but as someone who can just appreciate the European culture - live like a local, sitting at a cafe in Paris enjoying some cheese and champagne! During Ronnie's career as a broker, she has worked with international investor clients, including those based in Hong Kong as well as France and helped them find their place in this world - in New York! She has experience with 1031 exchanges for foreign investors and has bought and sold for them in areas like Union Square and Brooklyn. Something to note; she knows a few brokers in Paris who could easily find you a lovely place to invest in - or live - if you are so inclined!

Luxury Redefined
Many of us automatically think of luxury as being large and extravagant --whether it's a Penthouse, a home with 20-foot ceilings, or panoramic floor to ceiling views-- but you can make a luxurious experience out of a small space, even a 550 square foot studio, and Ronnie has done just that for many of her clients. Big and luxury are not necessarily intertwined. Ronnie found that often small homes can deliver a luxurious moment. All it takes is a bit of potential - and a clever design. Check out the photo here - the 550 square foot studio that was a white box of space that Ronnie helped transform into a world of comfort, efficiency, and luxury. Especially in the current environment where we are seeing many people working from home now, and most likely will be for the foreseeable future, people want to feel energized and comforted by their surroundings. There are many ways to achieve this goal even in a smaller home. Ronnie has the experience to help her clients achieve this personalized luxury.
