Before joining The Chad Carroll Group, Milena offered extensive industry knowledge honed during a fulfilling 6-year real estate career with The Litvak Team at Compass, a Real Estate Team in New York City with over $500MM in closed transactions including new development, re-sales, and record lease-ups. Adding Miami to her roster, Milena is thrilled with the possibility of making her clients’ dream a reality. Milena was born in Moldova and migrated to New York City shortly after her first birthday thus making her fluent in both Russian and English. When she's not helping clients, she loves exploring Florida’s phenomenal food scene with her husband and friends. "I feel that food brings people together," she says. "And going to places all over Miami helps keep my finger on the pulse of all the different communities, people, and trends going on in this ever changing world.ā€
