Testimonials:
"We loved our experience working with Matthew. We needed to sell our apartment quickly and interviewed handfuls of brokers who didn't seem like that could get the price we wanted with such a quick turnaround. In came Matthew and he guaranteed that he could - and did. Matthew was available practically 24/7 and helped us smoothly navigate the sale, including dealing with a challenging coop management company and a buyer who did not have a broker. Whenever there was a complication, he represented us, made sure we were heard, and relayed information clearly to the lawyers and buyer. We would highly recommend Matthew for his professionalism, commitment to customers, and true strength as a salesperson." Ilan and Jessie K.
