Marc's lifelong interest in real estate was sparked by his parents' construction firm, which specialized in kitchens and baths. He's been on job sites since the age of 13, and he solidified his passion for building and finishing work during stints as a decorative painting contractor and in construction industry sales. A licensed real estate salesperson since 2014, Marc also offers abundant hands-on experience cultivated over his own buying and investing activity.

Today, Marc is a dynamic hybrid agent with a strong track record of successful co-op, condo, single-family home, multifamily building, and land transactions. His new development, residential and commercial leasing expertise are invaluable, whether he's securing top-notch tenants or advising on layouts and finishes that will deliver lasting appeal in the marketplace. Born in the Berkshires, MA, and raised on Long Island, Marc earned a bachelor's degree from Massachusetts College of Art and Design before pursuing a career as a freelance photographer. An Astoria resident for more than 15 years, his family's roots in the area stretch back to when his mother first immigrated to the neighborhood from Italy. When he's not diligently pursuing his clients' goals, he can be found cooking, skiing, snowboarding, playing tennis, and spending time with his French bulldog, Amélie.
