"Maggie was recommended to us by a friend in Virginia and from the moment we spoke she made my wants and needs in a home her first and only priority. "Maggie assisted us with the purchase of our home in a co-op on the UWS. Maggie was instrumental in every step of the process from hooking us up with a great lender and real estate counsel to preparing and polishing our documents for the board (in great detail) and dealing with all the hiccups upon closing (which took over 6 hours, none of which was her fault). I consistently felt like our purchase meant as much to Maggie as it did to us. Maggie was truly professional and never lost her cool, but she has also become a close friend. We felt like we could trust Maggie and she was responsive to our needs - she never pushed anything on us. Maggie was always available and always made us feel like we were her first priority. We continue to keep in touch with Maggie and consult her on everything real-estate related from our next home purchase to finding a contractor.
