About Lewis
Lewis, together with his team partner and sister Julie, has sold over 2,500 apartments valued at over $650 million dollars. With a successful history of thousands of Coop and Condo sales transactions since 2,000, Lewis' extensive knowledge of all aspects of real estate generates smooth closings. Lewis is extremely seasoned, and with his CUNY Law School knowledge, he knows how to execute and close a transaction with complete confidence and ease. His astute business skills help him quickly identify commercial properties and leases for his clients, obliterating any wasted time and energy. He has worked with top law firms, public corporations and retail clients. He takes particular pride in the leases he secured for his clients in the Westfield Mall located at the World Trade Center. He has intimate knowledge of each neighborhood and appreciates the inherent merits each area has to offer.
Lewis graduated from Skidmore College with a BA and the City University of New York Law School in 1992 with a JD, and subsequently interned at the Attorney General's office, in the Real Estate Finance division. This is where Lewis discovered his affinity for real estate, and his sister Julie quickly recruited him to join the business. Together, they cover enormous distances, often showing more than 70 apartments in a week.
