As a former attorney and public relations professional focused primarily on providing clients with a full range of sophisticated real estate services, Julie Kopel thrives on providing her clients with the highest level of professional service and the kind of results that have built a diverse and loyal clientele. A long time New Yorker with a passion for the City’s history, rich architecture and diverse neighborhoods, Julie’s comprehensive knowledge of the city and polished market savvy is infectious. Having spent years working in competitive corporate environments and purchasing and selling properties for her own personal and investment use, she understands that buying and selling real estate is very personal and very competitive. She uses this understanding along with her patient, warm and friendly personality to make the entire sales process interesting, engaging and enjoyable for clients.
Julie grew up around her 's real estate development firm which was started by her Holocaust survivor grandfather after WWII and has never strayed far from the business. She started her career as a public relations professional working at one of New York’s largest advertising firms representing real estate developers, law firms and corporations. After graduating from Fordham Law School, she practiced at a large New York based law firm, focusing on real estate and intellectual property related to corporate matters.
Julie lives on the Upper East Side with her husband, Reuben, and their three children. She loves New York’s restaurant scene, running in Central Park, and staying with various charitable organizations such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum.
