About Jill
Jill started in the business in 2002, inspired by her mother, who has been a top-producing agent in the Maryland/Washington D.C area for over 35 years. As a former successful Technology Recruiter, her transition to real estate was natural, due to her savvy interpersonal and negotiating skills. She partners closely with every client, guiding them with the up-to-the-minute market knowledge and with a realistic, optimistic approach to fulfilling their unique goals.
Jill started out as primarily a Buyer's Broker, as she was new to New York, but over the years has evolved into a full-service agent working with Sellers, Developers, Landlords, and Tenants all over Manhattan and Brooklyn. In 2007 Jill represented a Developer for the sell-out of ground-up condo development in Tribeca.
Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Jill is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and moved to Manhattan in 1999 where she has lived in the West Village, Chelsea, and Battery Park City. She proudly supports and contributes to City Harvest and the Brooklyn Grange Farm.
