With over half a billion dollars in closed sales and twenty years of serving her clients with distinction, Jennifer is ranked nationally as one of the country's top-producing real estate brokers by The Wall Street Journal. She focuses on all sectors including condominiums, cooperatives, and townhouses across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Guided by a firm belief that a home is not just a place one resides but is the essence of one's life, Jennifer provides tremendous insight to her clients whether they are buying or selling.
Armed with a calm demeanor, strong knowledge of NYC neighborhoods and a keen understanding of market trends and conditions, Jennifer has earned her reputation for obtaining optimal results from market analysis and strategy, to process management, to negotiation, and through the final closing. Having bought and sold several Manhattan properties herself, Jennifer truly understands the value of home ownership as an important financial and emotional investment. Whether a primary residence, a pied-a-terre, or an investment, she believes your property should reflect individual taste and serve as a sound, life-enhancing investment.
A native New Yorker originally from upstate, Jennifer lived between the Midwest and Northeast while growing up, so knows what it's like to relocate. She earned a B.S. degree from Cornell University, where she studied biology and environmental studies, Jennifer then spent 16 years as an environmental consultant and program manager prior to her career in real estate. After eight years in Chicago, she moved to Manhattan’s Upper West Side in 1995 and raised her two sons. Jennifer enjoys Central Park, yoga, teaching yoga, competitive sailing, and all New York City offers.
