For his top-producing team, he manages everything from social media accounts to mailing campaigns, listing presentations, email marketing, website creation/maintenance, online advertising, event planning and other tasks that optimize exposure for the team brand and their property listings.

A Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in NYC, Jarod previously worked for various digital marketing firms, which involved building and writing a website for a real estate client from scratch, and helping with their Google ad words and social media accounts. His ability to create processes and efficiencies proved to increase awareness and generate business, with a track record of boosting marketing ROI by 23% and online presence eight-fold, by implementing best-in-class SEO, social media marketing and advertising.

Jarod's background has taught him to not only think strategically about branding and concept development, but to handle many moving parts and find elegant solutions to such welcomed challenges as database management, organizational procedures and resource management. By tapping into both the logical and creative sides of his brain, he has put in place the procedures and marketing techniques needed to take The Martin Eiden Team to the next level.

Originally from California, Jarod earned an AA in Liberal Arts from Santa Barbara City College, and a BA in Business Administration from Sonoma State University. He lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, and is married to his college sweetheart who is teaching him how to speak Farsi.
