"It’s difficult to find a broker who is both trustworthy, has high professional standards and gets results. Elizabeth was very proactive throughout the process, from marketing my apartment beautifully to ensuring she meets as many prospective tenants as possible to find not just any tenant, but a high-quality tenant. The result - she found me an exceptional tenant within the timeframe I needed (not a day extra). She deeply understands the ins and outs of the NYC real estate market and I would definitely engage her again!" - Karl C.

"We can’t recommend Karen and Elizabeth enough – they took the time and went above and beyond to help us find our first home that we love. They are very knowledgeable about the market and every step in the process of buying a place. They discussed every aspect of the process with us and advised us to move in a certain direction to ensure the closing. They were calm and remained optimistic, which helped us move smoothly along the process. They both are amazing, and they will work hard to get you the place you want to get!" - Tom and Bhrikuti C.
