Clayton Orrigo is the founder of The Hudson Advisory Team at Compass. Alongside his business partner, he leads one of the highest-grossing real estate agent teams in the country, providing objective real estate advice and strategic marketing solutions based on a data-driven and high-touch service approach. He has executed some of the largest and most notable transactions in New York City history for a diverse set of accomplished clients.
Hudson Advisory is ranked the number the #1 Mega Team in New York City by the Wall Street Journal and since its inception in 2017, has completed over $4 billion in sales. The firm is highly unique and independent, with deep penetration into specific markets that its agents focus on controlling. While the team's larger deals are often written about in the press, they are extremely proud to service client mandates of all sizes and on average facilitate ~1.2 deals a day. This substantial transaction volume gives the team a competitive edge, ensuring consistent deal flow and proprietary market knowledge for their clients.
Before a career in real estate, Clayton spent 8 years working in the finance and technology industries, most recently running Business Development at Identified, a Silicon Valley venture-backed startup that was acquired by Workday. He is on the Board of his West Village co-op, and when not in Manhattan, also works and resides in Amagansett and Miami. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the Villanova School of Business, where he graduated with honors.
