Andrew Gordon is an experienced real estate professional and a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker since 2006. He not only has a deep passion for the business, but an obsession with New York City being a proud fifth generation New Yorker. Just as key to his success has been his love for learning about people he works with and the details of the homes he sells, often thinking, “If these walls could talk…”

As a specialist in all of Brownstone Brooklyn and much of Manhattan, there are few stones Andrew has left unturned in his extensive career. His skills have encompassed everything from evaluating land and buildings for investors to negotiating complex deals, navigating the lending environment across all property types, and getting dozens upon dozens of buyers through some of the toughest co-ops in the city.

Always a top performer in sales, Andrew started out selling top designer brands at Nordstrom during college, outselling top salespeople twice his age. His smooth transition to real estate led to many big achievements, most notably helping resume financing in Battery Park City after the 2009 economic crisis, and more recently selling one of the largest full-floor lofts (nearly 6,000 sq ft) at the cusp of FiDi and TriBeCa.

Andrew lives in Carroll Gardens with his wife. He is an avid photographer with a collection of photos from around the world taken during his travels; yet he equally enjoys exploring his hometown city and partaking in its diverse offerings.
