Nina Weber

Born and raised on O’ahu, Nina Pacarro Weber brings a lifetime of local knowledge and passion to her real estate business. Growing up in Kailua where she continues to reside with her husband and 3 children, gives her an insider’s edge into the different qualities of this island community. Having developed a passion for real estate early on, she was licensed in 2004, and has over 12 years of experience in buying and selling personal and investment properties. Nina understands the local market deeply, and is eager to share her knowledge and help her clients navigate along the real estate sales path. She has found her home at Compass Real Estate and with the Coastal Hawaii team, joining her longtime friend Orion Barels, a founder and top agent, consistently ranking in the top 1% of agents in Hawai’i by sales volume. 

Nina received a Bachelor of Arts from UH Mānoa, after graduating from Kamehameha Schools, and comes from a background in medical sales prior to migrating into real estate. She’s skilled in contract negotiation and attention to detail. Helping her clients, friends, and family find their ideal home or realize their dreams of home ownership and property investment drives her inspiration and success. 

If she isn’t spending time with her family outdoors or in the water, she is busy planning their next adventure. Cultural anthropology, traveling abroad and enjoying great food are some of her favorite things.
