About Nicole
Nicole Ritchot, born and raised in beautiful Southern California, is entering her 10th year as a Realtor. Her clients in past real estate transactions of buying and selling homes, speak highly of her confident communication style and negotiation skills. Never without energy & compassion, Nicole puts every effort into creating a positive experience. Nicole has a passion for helping her clients all over Orange County attain financial security through real estate investing, home buying & selling. Nicole is a first generation American whose parents emigrated from Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada in 1966. She speaks "some" French and enjoys traveling. She successfully competed in cross country and track and field at Edison High School, Huntington Beach; competing in the California State meet 3 times as a middle distance runner which earned her an athletic scholarship to UC Irvine. While in college, Nicole studied Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations and a minor in Psychology. Following her education at UC Irvine, Nicole became an elementary school teacher. Nicole enjoys working with people and is willing to take on any project.
