""Fazio is PHENOMENAL! Nicole represented me as a buyer and a seller; I don’t know what I would have done without her. I'm retired, had a stroke, and needed to move out of my house. I didn't want to walk up the 51 steps anymore from street to front door. I only wanted to live in one area, and had a lot of needs: view, pool, patio, washer/dryer in unit, two bedroom, two bath, dog park, cute kitchen, certain price, close to my house, et cetera. I asked her to come get me and I would show her where I wanted to live. She came over, picked up me and my dog, and I told her where to go.
