About Nicole

Nicole became a real estate professional in 2001 through residential property management and her experience includes time in both the Austin, Texas and D.C. metro markets. Nicole has 20 years' experience in various industry positions such as new construction operations, acquisitions and dispositions, nationwide due diligence leadership, project management, renovations and third-party asset management.

She is a graduate of 2 nationally recognized leadership programs, served as a success coach for new associates and thrives on being a servant leader. She cherishes the opportunity to live in D.C. and has a unique perspective of the Capitol Hill neighborhood where she and her family have lived for the past 12 years.

Nicole loves being active within her Capitol Hill community and especially enjoys volunteering on various outreach projects and annual events, especially at her daughter's school. One of her biggest passions is helping shape and foster growth in young hearts and minds. During her "free" time you will likely find Nicole biking around the city, seeking out new, crowd-sourced restaurants and fostering her love of travel by planning her family's next adventure. Nicole enjoys delighting her clients by standing shoulder to shoulder to work together to frame out the story they want to accomplish in their own lives.
