Nicole Arslanagic

Nicole is a graduate of two nationally recognized leadership programs and has also served as a success coach for new associates. Her passion for being a servant leader is evident, and she finds fulfillment in guiding and supporting others. Living in D.C. has provided her with a unique perspective of the Capitol Hill neighborhood, where she and her family have resided for the past 13 years, offering her a deep understanding and appreciation of the local community.

Nicole is deeply involved in her Capitol Hill community and finds fulfillment in volunteering for various outreach projects and annual events, particularly at her daughter's school. Her active participation reflects her dedication to making a positive impact within her local neighborhood.  During her "free" time you will likely find Nicole biking around the city, seeking out new, crowd-sourced restaurants and fostering her love of travel by planning her family's next adventure. Nicole enjoys delighting her clients by standing shoulder to shoulder to work together to frame out the story they want to accomplish in their own lives.
