Nicolas Zilkha

Nick Zilkha is a native New Yorker with a deep-rooted passion for the vibrant and dynamic real estate landscape of New York City. Born and raised in the heart of Manhattan, Nick’s affinity for its diverse neighborhoods and architectural marvels was cultivated from a young age. After obtaining a degree in economics from Wesleyan University, Nick founded a successful real estate photography business which exposed him to the real estate industry. He recognized his interest in commercial real estate and transitioned to a full time role as a commercial leasing agent on the Abrams Retail Strategies team at Compass.

Nick’s language skills in French, Spanish and Mandarin allow him to seamlessly communicate with people from many backgrounds. Focussed on both tenant and landlord representation, Nick provides strategic insights and market knowledge to ensure successful transactions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Nick is an avid tennis, pickle ball and squash player and enjoys cooking, travel and art.
