Nicolas Huneault comes to Compass with a background as a highly successful and well-respected executive in the Fashion industry with over 25 years of international and domestic experience in marketing, design, and sales. His exceptional negotiation skills and ability to connect with people have been an integral part of his success. Nicolas is a native French speaker and is also fluent in Italian. 

Nicolas grew up in Quebec, Canada in a highly successful real estate family with broker parents and grandfather that ran a thriving brokerage. In his youth, Nicolas loved spending his weekends at open houses or new developments and learning the skills that make up a highly successful agent. You can say that real estate is in his blood.   From an early age he learned how to connect, communicate, and deliver the utmost customer service experience.

Nicolas relocated to Los Angeles in 2005 where he fell in love with the city and started making real estate investments. He has been very successful redeveloping properties over the years and uses that experience, expertise and desire to help clients make the best real estate and financial decisions.  Nicolas loves building personal relationships with his clients and treats each transaction as if it was his own.   He is very technologically savvy and joined Compass for its incomparable platform capabilities that allow for seamless client communication and real-time pulse on the market.
