"Nick assisted us in buying a house remotely. Fully remote. The virtual experience he facilitated allowed us to purchase a home in NC from our previous home in Minneapolis. His video call tours were detail oriented, and almost made us feel as if we were in the home with him. Nick has a refined process that helped us navigate the fast paced market. His approach covers details I'd never considered, including talking to the listing agent for the house we were selling to get a better understanding of the market we were coming from, even offering assistance and resources to make our transition/move as easy as possible. Nick's negotiation skills are unrivaled, I'm not sure if we ever found out how many offers there were on our new house, but we received 32 on our old house (so I can imagine). Nick not only managed to negotiate a successful purchase, he was able to do so when we weren't the highest offer on the table. I'm not sure how he was able to make that happen, but it sure speaks to a superior skill set. With everything I've said, it's likely easy to assume that Nick exceeded our expectations in every way.
