Nick Harrington

Nick Harrington was born in Chicago, IL, and grew up in Des Moines, Iowa. He currently lives on the Lower East Side of Milwaukee and is drawn to the hustle and bustle of the city and the convenience of having all his favorite things nearby.

Nick has diverse hobbies and interests, including skiing, golf, tennis, hockey, Formula 1, playing piano, fostering dogs, and even has a racing simulator setup. He moved to Milwaukee in 2019 and quickly fell in love with the city. Nick's friends also love visiting him in Milwaukee, as they've come to appreciate the city's charm and character.

Nick has a lot of experience in real estate investing, having purchased his first duplex in 2020, followed by his second duplex in 2021, and a five-unit rental in 2022. Now, Nick has started flipping properties with some friends of his, and completes around 3 - 4 flips per year. As a real estate professional, Nick has helped numerous clients achieve long-term success investing in Milwaukee, connecting them with the right people and resources in the city to make informed decisions.

Nick's educational background is in Management Information Systems, but he quickly realized that his passion was in real estate. With his professional experience across various industries, including aviation, technology and software, and real estate, Nick has gained valuable skills that enable him to work efficiently, communicate effectively with clients, and make informed decisions in the real estate market.

For Nick, the best part of being in the real estate business is helping clients find the right investment opportunities in Milwaukee and seeing their success in the long run. He has learned how to spot good deals, manage inspections, and correctly list homes for sale, and he is happy to pass on his knowledge to his clients.
