About Nick
Nicholas focuses on providing clients with the highest level of service and transparency in the real estate process. He is known for his confident, easygoing interpersonal style that allows him to connect with people and build trusting valued relationships. His primary goal is to help clients navigate the world of real estate with honesty and simplicity.

Rhode Island-born and bred, Nicholas spent winters in Jupiter, Naples, and Delray Beach, Florida after graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a B.A in History. He has established himself as one of the leading professionals within the hospitality industry, initially in seasonal support roles with the Shelter Harbor Golf Club and Country Club of Florida, tasked with providing and establishing world-class service for the club's members. After 3 years between Rhode Island and Florida's southeast coast, Nicholas returned to Rhode Island exclusively with a keen sense of the challenges and opportunities within the east coasts' housing market. Currently, he is the outside golf operations and caddie manager at the Shelter Harbor Golf Club. There he is tasked with building and managing a team of 50 + service employees to exceed the expectations of over 300 reputable members. Since taking this role, Nicholas's service systems, highlighted through the emphasis on communication, have contributed to Shelter Harbor Golf Club's reputation as one of the premier golf experiences in the Country. Today, he is combining his passion for communication, teamwork, and service to help clients find the ideal properties for their needs.

In 2016, Nicholas represented his first and, who he considers being, the toughest client he’ll ever work with, “himself.” Through that experience, Nicholas developed an immediate understanding of the immense responsibility associated with helping clients through the real estate process. Happily, he still lives in his Westerly home with his friends, family, and of course the golf club.
