Nick Delis

A third generation resident of the Peninsula, Nick has an intimate knowledge of the local community. Opting not to leave this ideal Bay Area location, Nick received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Menlo College and immediately entered the corporate world. After a decade in tech at a large global corporation, Nick left his San Francisco cubicle to pursue his passion for real estate and hasn’t looked back. “It’s really fulfilling to share in such a meaningful and important time for people. Buying and selling a home are amongst some of the most significant decisions a person makes, and it is so rewarding to share in this process with my clients.”

Nick is a professional who embodies integrity and authenticity. He has the inherent ability to pair clients with their ideal home, to connect with other realtors and sellers during negotiations, and has a vast network of professional services to accommodate every step of the sales process. He values his long-standing relationships with his clients and bases his business on repeat clients and referrals.
