About Nicholas
Nicholas’s passion for real estate was discovered at a young age. Growing up in a real estate development family, he was constantly visiting construction sites, exploring new residential developments, and studying architecture and design trends.

Originally from Newport Beach in Southern California, Nicholas has also lived in San Francisco and London. He graduated with honors from the University of San Francisco, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Economics. Nicholas has visited over 30 countries and maintains social and business connections abroad.

With over ten years of real estate sales experience, selling in both New York and San Francisco, Nicholas understands the complexity of the real estate transaction and offers innovative solutions that help his clients achieve their goals.

He is known for his creative negotiation tactics, comprehensive market analysis, property preparation plans and inventive marketing strategies. Nicholas’ strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dedication to perfection makes him the ideal partner in buying or selling real estate in the constantly changing New York market.
