About Nely

Originally from Wisconsin, Nely brings a strong work ethic and a personable approach to Miami’s real estate market. She moved to Florida in 2016 for an internship with a Spanish TV network, but her passion for real estate was sparked early by her parents' work as landlords.

Starting as a leasing agent in college, Nely quickly developed a knack for understanding transactions and building strong client relationships, leading to high closing ratios and lease-up successes. Her career has been defined by adaptability, spanning commercial real estate, Federal Housing programs (Project-Based and Section 8), and luxury real estate marketing. This diverse experience has given her a well-rounded perspective on the industry and a deep appreciation for helping clients navigate the market.

Today, Nely uses her expertise and market knowledge to help clients buy, sell, and lease properties across South Florida. Guided by the principle "treat others the way you want to be treated," she is committed to delivering exceptional service with integrity, dedication, and a passion for real estate.

Outside of work, you’ll find Nely traveling, practicing Pilates, exploring art museums, or visiting space centers, always seeking new experiences and adventures!
