About Nely
Nely, a proud Midwesterner born and raised in Wisconsin, currently resides in the vibrant city of Miami, Florida. She moved to Florida to intern with a major Spanish television station in 2016.  

Her interest in real estate began early, inspired by her parents' work as landlords. This led her to pursue a career in the industry, starting as a leasing agent during college. Her talent for understanding transactions and listening to prospects led to high closing ratios and success in lease-ups.

Nely's career has been marked by adaptability. She has worked in commercial real estate, managed Federal Housing Project-Based and Section 8 Vouchers, and has excelled in luxury real estate marketing. Her diverse experience reflects her passion and dedication.

Today, Nely uses her extensive background to service South Florida. Her principle, "treat others the way you want to be treated," guides her in helping clients buy, sell, or lease their dream homes. Her career is built on integrity, hard work, and a love for real estate.

Outside of work, Nely enjoys traveling, pilates, visiting art museums, and space centers!
