" Neil is straightforward and honest. My wife and I were lucky enough to have him respond to our initial inquiry on Zillow. Less than 30 days later, we closed on our first house. As first-time home buyers, we had been worried about much of the process. Not once did we feel pressured to go outside of our budget or compromise on our deal. Neil negotiated well on our behalf and was very prompt to initiate each next step of the process. I would feel comfortable recommending Neil to any family or friends looking to buy a house or property. I hope he’s still in the game next time we are in the market. Do yourself a favor and give him a shout."

"The pain points in getting a deal across the closing line are greatly influenced by the buyer’s agent. Working with Neil Sutfin in a recent transaction was a real pleasure. His dedication to his clients was palpable throughout the process. When work was needed to hit a key deadline, he always produced. I have no doubt our deal closed because Neil was on the other end. I look forward to working with him again. "
