"After months of looking, we finally found a house we wanted to buy. We had a specific list of requirements for the new house and Neil got us dialed in to the right houses in the right locations. We have used Neil to sell our condo and our first house, as well as buy our first and second house. Our most recent purchase was a bit of a challenge because it was contingent on the sale of our previous house and because my finances are a little tricky. Neil put me in touch with a couple lenders, one of which couldn't get the job done, but the other took the time to dig in, get clarification where needed, and make this happen. The new house was in need of some big ticket items so we asked for a big concession. The owners countered at about 50% and by the time we were done Neil got us about 90% of what we asked which was fair. Things were ever changing with our loan due to price negotiations and concessions on the new purchase as well as the sale of our old house and Neil was is constant contact with the lender and with us to make sure everything was correct, all while juggling the time table of the two sales. Everything went off without a hitch and we couldn't be happier. Neil has great knowledge of the area and the market and we will definitely use him again."
