Client service is ingrained in Natalia. Growing up in a family-owned hotel, she learned hospitality at a very young age and seamlessly interacted with a diverse clientele. By identifying each guest’s individual needs, preferences and habits, she was able to provide a first-class experience. A member of the NY Cycle Club, Natalia is an avid cyclist who loves early morning group rides in Prospect Park as well as weekend excursions to Long Island, the Palisades, or wherever the journey takes her. She has also traveled extensively to places like Mexico, South America, Europe, as well as Asia where she backpacked for several months.
