About Natalia
Born and raised in Miami, Natalia Figueroa is well versed in the lively culture and lifestyle that defines South Florida. As a member of The Opes Group at Compass, she represents buyers, sellers and investors in luxury and pre-construction homes and condominiums throughout Miami-Dade County, with a focus on Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Edgewater, Wynwood, Brickell, Morningside, Upper East Side, Buena Vista, Little Haiti, Coconut Grove and Allapattah.
After graduating from Florida State University with a dual degree in Finance and Marketing and a Masters of Arts from New York University, Natalia spent nearly a decade in business development roles in Private Wealth Management and Investment Management at Morgan Stanley Latin America. Additionally, she worked as a Sales Director for a corporate wellness company working directly with C-level executives from Fortune 500 companies. Natalia’s experience in these industries brings a unique perspective to her clients in real estate; by having a strong financial background, she understands how to extract the most value out of every transaction and skillfully negotiate on behalf of others to achieve their goals. Natalia has had a passion for real estate since her college days when she worked for a rental search company, mortgage brokerage, property tax assessment office and the State Capitol with local legislators. Having lived in New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles, Natalia is perfectly suited to serve clients who are relocating from these cities based on what matters most to them. She moved back to her hometown of Miami for its ideal blend of city life, beach, culture and nature. In her off time, she loves to cook, explore new restaurants, travel, take dance classes, golf and exercise. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
