About Nat

Nat Santoro is a Broker Associate with Kinlin Grover Compass Commercial. He specializes in helping his clients buy and sell Cape Cod commercial real estate and businesses. Using a consultative approach, Nat can offer many options to his clients. He achieves his mission by using the technical knowledge that he has gained through extensive education and years of experience to accomplish the goals of buyers and sellers on Cape Cod, thus creating a true WIN-WIN transaction. A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Nat Santoro taught High School Math, Italian and Spanish for seven years. In 1971 he received his Real Estate license and founded CarSan Real Estate in Hartford, CT with Sebby Caramma. He grew the company to 3 offices and 49 agents. He received his GRI designation in 1978 and his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 1988. He became a Certified General Appraiser in 1990 and challenged and passed four examinations for the MAI designation. Nat was a member of the code of ethics and professional standards committee of the Greater Hartford Board of Realtors, and President and Realtor of the Year of the East Central Board of Realtors. As a partner in a development company he was the contact person for all the zoning, legal, environmental and architectural aspects of the development. Over the years he has conducted seminars for investor organizations and held training programs for many local Real Estate Companies in the Greater Hartford area. Nat has been practicing real estate on Cape Cod in both a management capacity and as a trusted advisor helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs since 1998.
