Nargis Rakhmatova was born in Tajikistan and lived in Switzerland, Pakistan, Kazakhstan before settling in Dobbs Ferry, New York nine years ago. In addition to being a licensed real estate salesperson, Nargis has degrees in linguistics and accounting and has worked in management and administration in the telecommunications, health and financial industries.
Nargis's exceptionally diverse cultural and work experiences are key to her deep understanding of her clients’ unique needs and situations.
