"Nancy Murray McFadden was the best choice ever for selling my house and finding me a new house. My house sold for over asking price and my new place was bought for under asking. But, what happened in between is even more impressive.
Nancy's attention to detail is astounding. She orchestrated a half dozen people to put my house of 22+ years in the best possible light for sale. Her vast pool of contacts (all of whom are knowledgeable, kind, and honest) is impressive. Her eye for design reviles any interior designer.
Nancy then negotiated a contract for my new home with her knowledge of the market but, also with a great deal of intuition, a trait that benefitted me when it came to getting me a home I love at a price that was affordable for me.
Nancy worked so hard for me every step of the way. She took me to look at more homes than I care to admit without an ounce of impatience. She was literally available to me when I needed her and knew when to let me absorb the choices provided.
I believe anyone looking to sell or buy real estate would be hard pressed to find a broker more honest, hard working and devoted to her clients' best interest." - Suzanne M. Rogers

"I had the pleasure to work with Nancy on two real estate transactions over the past 3 years. I was so impressed with her commitment to find the best home for us but she also managed to help us sell our home for more than the original appraisal. She’s a true professional and made the whole process fun!! I would highly recommend Nancy to anyone looking for a fantastic, diligent and committed Realtor." - Past Client
A resident of the Denver area for over 25 years, Nancy lives in Cherry Hills Village with her husband Scott, her mini golden doodle, Bear and new yellow labrador puppy named RIver. They have three children in college, Villanova University, Denison University and Virginia Tech, . Real estate runs in her veins - her husband is a residential developer and her maternal grandfather, Edwin B. Mahoney was a well known custom builder on the Philadelphia Main Line.
Nancy grew up in Palm Beach, Florida where most of her family still live. It was in the Florida sunshine that she first developed her love of the outdoors and nature. These interests lead to jobs with the National Audubon Society - first in New York City doing administrative work, and then running a Nature Sanctuary in Tiburon, California. Her first job in Denver was Director of Visitor Services at the Museum of Natural History, now renamed the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. Living in Colorado has further embraced this love of nature and the outdoors.
