"Nancy is an excellent, if not, one of the best realtors that I have had the pleasure of working with in my 20 years of real estate investing. She recently sold to me an excellent investment property, but she was also more than willing to assist me with concerns regarding existing tenants prior to the termination of existing leases even after closing escrow. Also, she went above and beyond to check with the city for any permits/issues with the property before we closed escrow. You can rest assured that Nancy will assist you with in-depth knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, screenings, rental questions, etc. should you acquire a property with tenants still living in it. I cannot thank her enough for assisting me even after a sale, which is something that some agents won't do. I would highly recommend Nancy to all of my friends and family as well as investors/new homebuyers for selling, buying, assistance with landlord/tenant concerns. Her experience definitely speaks for itself! "

About Nancy
Having ventured into real estate investment in 1985, I laid the groundwork for my subsequent career
as a realtor, which officially began in 2006 with Coldwell Bankers. Transitioning from Podley
Properties to DPP, I recently made the move to COMPASS in 2022. Throughout my career, I have
excelled as a top producer, specializing not only in traditional sales but also in Probate and Trust
sales. With a robust portfolio of over 40 probate sales, I possess the essential tools to secure probate
listings, navigate court confirmations, and provide valuable resources for troubleshooting tenant
issues, evictions, and understanding the complexities of Section 8 rules, citations, and requirements.

My dedication to helping others predates my real estate success. Prior to my career in real estate, I
served as an Attorney General Investigator for the State of California, focusing on investigating
Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse in licensed facilities. This experience has provided me with a unique
perspective and a valuable edge when negotiating challenging transactions for my clients.

Following my tenure in law enforcement, I successfully established and expanded a wholesale
bakery, Pastries By Nancy. Leveraging my strategic acumen, sharp marketing skills, and customer-
centric approach, I rapidly cultivated over 25 wholesale accounts and garnered media attention from
People Magazine, the LA Times, Life Styles of the Rich and Famous, and BET. In 2011, I was honored
to be recognized as one of the “50 Fabulous Women” by The Pasadena Foothills Magazine.

As a lifelong resident of Los Angeles, I possess a deep understanding of the intricacies within each
area of the city and have the capability to navigate them adeptly. I currently reside in Altadena with
my husband and cats. Additionally, I have actively contributed to various Boards for the Pasadena
Association of Realtors and volunteered with AARP.
