Nancy Ferguson

With over 35 years in education, including 11 years as an elementary school principal, I bring a wealth of experience and a profound dedication to serving others to my work as a REALTOR®. Growing up and raising my family in Delaware County and its suburbs, I understand firsthand the joy of finding the right niche for any stage of life.

As a longtime resident and advocate for the area, I am well-versed in the unique offerings of our community. My husband, two grown children, and I share a love for Philadelphia sports—especially cheering on the Eagles—and we spend much of our free time at the Jersey Shore in Ocean City, New Jersey, where we find both relaxation and inspiration.
