A Manhattan resident and avid enthusiast of the Big Apple for 40-plus years, Nancy herself has owned and rented homes uptown and downtown, so knows the city well. She enjoys being called upon to fulfill her clientele's unique needs no matter where they lie. Since her main mission is to capably service her customers and clients, her portfolio of sales spans from Pre-war to New Development, from Townhouses to Co-ops and Condos. Nancy goes where duty calls, all the while providing pertinent information and attentive guidance to inspire sound decisions.
Prior to entering real estate, Nancy enjoyed an exciting career as a Foley Artist creating sound effects in over 100 movies, including many award-winning feature films. Her early years in New York were spent pursuing work in the performing arts, which led her to showcase her talents throughout the U.S., Europe and Japan. Nancy successfully segued from the performing arts into a fulfilling career as casting director for the international company, Stella Musical Productions. She was President and Managing Director of their New York office and organized auditions in the U.S. and Canada. This exciting experience helped to hone the keen interpersonal and organizational skills she would need to excel as she has in her current field. Nancy takes great pleasure in helping people achieve their real estate dreams.
