Nadya Migalko has been living in Encinitas for last nine years and loves raising her children in this wonderful beachside community. Coming originally from Ukraine, she grew up in Los Angeles and has lived and worked in NYC before settling down in North County San Diego. She first visited North County while attending UCSD and had retained the fondest memories of the laid back, creative beach town vibe.
Now as a local, she is passionate about her community, dining, children’s activities, art and perhaps most of all, real estate. Her fascination with real estate started at a young age, when as an immigrant family, her parents were able to purchase their first property, in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles. She would look at all of the beautiful homes in the different neighborhoods and wonder about them and the people that lived inside. Watching home renovation shows and working on DIY projects with her mother, further fueled this passion and over time, she began to study the market and consider pursuing real estate as a career.
Now, as a mother and having had various professional experiences behind her, she loves that she can get to know her own community through the lens of real estate. Her genuine interest in people gives way for attentiveness and a caring approach when dealing with everyone involved.
Kindness, integrity and an listening to her client's desires and needs are her main strengths. Her other passions include travel, cooking, hiking, yoga, the beach and spending quality time with her family. She believes that relationships are the most important thing in life and invests greatly
into fostering lasting and positive experiences with the people around her, both personally and professionally.
