In the earlier years of Morgan’s career as a Real Estate Agent, he also maintained a successful Design and Architecture practice. A roster of high-profile projects brought him into Construction Management for Victorian home restorations as well. Purchasing, restoring and selling properties of his own led Morgan to parlay his architectural training and management experience into a full-time real estate career. A firm believer that everything in life is about timing—after more than ten years as a Real Estate Agent—Morgan seized the opportunity to work under the Compass banner allowing him to operate in his beloved Brooklyn while continuing to work with high-end clientele.
Morgan’s area of expertise is working with purchasers and sellers of single family homes and co-ownership properties in Bedford Stuyvesant, Crown Heights, Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, Downtown Brooklyn, and Lower Manhattan and the surrounding areas. Morgan offers his clients professionalism, integrity and attention to detail. Working closely with a variety of individuals as a Designer enabled him to respond to client’s unique requirements and offer custom solutions tailored to their needs. Hard work and dedication are intrinsic to Morgan's personality.
Having grown up along the Chesapeake Bay region in Maryland and Virginia, Morgan moved to Brooklyn over twenty years ago from Washington DC. Now, at home in the Bedford Stuyvesant community of Stuyvesant Heights, Morgan’s love of history and architecture has inspired him to carefully restore his own 1890 brownstone. This passion for the history of Brooklyn drove Morgan to research thousands of buildings and has inspired his well-known walking tours in north-central Brooklyn.
“Using my knowledge of the current market I will be with my client every step of the way to ensure they get the home that they have been dreaming of—for the price they deserve.”

"Making the decision to sell our brownstone in Bedford Stuyvesant was an emotional process. Our home had been a true labor of love, the result of a multi-year historical restoration. Perri and Morgan understood immediately the unique qualities of our home and the importance of finding not just any buyer, but one who would both appreciate, and importantly, value financially its meticulous attention to detail. They guided us through every aspect of styling and presenting our home, helping us to infuse it with a more modern sensibility, creating a highly appealing juxtaposition with its classic architectural bones. They then embarked on a smart, laser focused marketing campaign resulting in the property being featured in multiple news outlets including Curbed, Brownstoner and others. When multiple offers were ultimately received they negotiated on our behalf astutely ensuring that the final offer received was not only consummate with the home’s true value, but also a neighborhood price record. It was highly important for us to close quickly and they diligently pushed the process forward allowing us to complete the sale in only 30 days. While leaving our home was as emotional as expected, we left knowing that the new owners loved it as much as us, and we are highly satisfied with the overall outcome. All this in thanks to two amazing brokers, who were always prepared to go beyond the call of duty! Thank you Perri and Morgan." — James & Matt, Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn

"Couldn't have chosen a better team. You made a stressful buy/sell go seamlessly. Never thought this could happen this quickly and with back-to-back closes to boot! Thanks for working with me and making a 6-year old that didn't want to move, thrilled about his new home." — Sue L, Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn

"We lived in our home for nearly forty years and initially purchased the limestone as adventurous young urban pioneers. With much passion and sweat equity we painstakingly removed paint from the woodwork to discover beautiful woods- tiger oak, mahogany, teak, wall paneling and honey cone-shaped wood ceiling beams, and original oak parquet floors under musty carpeting.
More recently as empty nesters, we found ourselves as occupants in the spaciousness of a four story limestone where nearly every inch had a connection to memories and events of our lives as well as the progression of our family. So the decision to downsize and to sell our home was not without trepidation and a sense of uneasiness about letting go of not just our home, but a cauldron of firsts, celebrations, laughter, security, and comfort. We had transformed what was once an unofficial rooming house into a sanctuary for our family. All of these emotions including the challenge to move on with the next chapter of our lives were unsettling and swirling about. Fortunately Perri and Morgan took the time to appreciate that they were not just being retained to sell a piece of real estate, but also to handle the transition of a part of our family legacy wrapped in a home that we had worked over several decades to mold into our family’s sanctuary. A house with a history with its own origin story before our occupancy which we augmented over course of our lives. Beside being wonderful and beautiful human beings, Perri and Morgan took the time to appreciate these associated derivative values and the well of sentiments attached to the sale of our home.
They were first rate professionals who provided concierge service and developed a marketing campaign, an open house, and staging built around highlighting the intrinsic beauty, grandness, openness, and character of the century old house we had made into our home. Their attention to these details resulted in attracting prospective buyers for whom these attributes were also must haves. To our surprise and joy, the evening after the open house an offer was made and later in the evening unsolicitedly increased above the asking price. We accepted the offer and felt comfortable that the new owners would work to preserve the details and character of the century old limestone which we had restored and made into a home for our family. We are grateful to Perri and Morgan for helping to make the entire process and our transition easier for us."" — C & H Lawrence, Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn
